Really good stay

I found the staff to be friendly, which enhanced my overall experience. There were diverse food options at the buffet. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, offering a comfortable environment. I appreciated the beautiful beach, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the ocean views.

The wait times at some a la carte restaurants were occasionally long.

The junior suite beachside had a king-size bed, a separate living area and a balcony with ocean views. I found the room very spacious. A mini-fridge stocked with beverages was refilled daily and a coffee maker was available, which i appreciated.

Staff at the front desk provided prompt assistance with check-in and any inquiries that i had. Housekeeping services ensured that the room was clean daily, restocking amenities when needed. The concierge services helped in arranging reservations and providing information about local attractions

The main pool area featured multiple pools, including a dedicated children's pool and a swim-up bar. The fitness center included treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. I made use of all of it. A spa offers various treatments, such as massages and facials.

Totally Awesome Anniversary Trip!

relaxing treatment tasty drink awesome experience

we celebrated our anniversary and everything ruled. spa treatments were super relaxing. the drinks tasted very nice. the whole experience is totally worth doin' at least once. i really think you'll dig it as much as i did.

the hotel had some hiccups, but nothing too bad.

our room included a king size bed and soft pillows. the minibar had many drinks. snacks are also available, i recommend checking expiration dates to ensure freshness for every item you wish to consume.

the hotel has activities near the pool area. you can join aquarobics, dance class, or some fun games. the pool is big and has a separate kids pool area. it even have a swim up bar for adults.

la adelita restaurant was awesome. anthony was amazing and made sure we were taken care of. most waiters can't keep up with my water intake. anthony nailed it and made our dinner a success!
